Direct Medical Services
Direct medical care is a healthcare model in which the patient pays the provider directly without the involvement of insurance. This allows for transparent pricing that is often cheaper than what patients with a high-deductible health plan are charged.
Direct medical care is available on a membership and pay-per-service basis. See the chart below for services included in membership fees. Members also receive priority appointments and discounts on other services.

Initial consults are $50 for non-members for all services. Initial consults are not required for acute sick visits or IV hydration therapy.
Medical services are only available to residents of Missouri and Kansas.
Weight loss programs are charged on a monthly basis with no commitment. The Monthly fee includes medication, two follow up appointments, and unlimited messaging with the provider.

Most infusions take around 45 minutes.

You can get an infusion as often as every other week, but monthly is the most common.
